At Option Central, we've always been about delivering outstanding value to our Members.
New Memberships
We are not accepting new members at this time, as we review and update our membership program. This pause will enable us to ensure that the cost of an Option Central Membership is aligned with the value that it provides. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check back soon for updates on whether and when membership sales will reopen.
Membership renewals
Recently, we introduced reduced price Membership renewal pricing . Active Members will be contacted in advance of their renewal billing date to ensure the correct renewal pricing. All active memberships are eligible for renewal. In addition, renewals will be offered to Members who lost access to our Member resources due to a billing issue with PayPal or a credit card expiration by contacting us for assistance.
For active memberships that were originally paid by Credit Card directly (through Stripe) we will send an invoice that reflects the Membership renewal price (currently 50% off the original annual subscription rate). When paid, that Membership will automatically be renewed.
For memberships that were originally paid using PayPal, we will adjust the membership price to reflect the lower renewal price and notify the Member in advance of their renewal date (by eMail). We are NOT able to process the renewal and payment automatically due to Paypal limitations for existing memberships, so this process has to be managed by us manually.
Payment: We accept credit/debit card payments directly through Stripe . We also accept PayPal payments.
All Membership plans and pricing (including those that are no longer available ) are "grandfathered" and honored indefinitely, as long as a membership remains active.
Unless "grandfathered" and active, all plans are subject to change and discontinuation at any time at our discretion.

MANAGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Login Info/Account Creation: Option Central uses an email address and password combination to authenticate our members. When signing up, you created your own email/password combination as part of the sign-up process.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the Member Login page to have it sent to you.
